ASHLEY ROGERS obtained her J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law. Ashley received her B.A. in international studies and political science from Southern Methodist University where she graduated, cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, University Honors Program, and a member of the women’s lacrosse team.
