Brian Bah is a senior associate in the Dallas office of Reid Collins & Tsai LLP. His practice focuses on complex business and insolvency-related litigation. Brian has represented clients in a broad range of cases in all stages of litigation and arbitration, including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals.

He has significant experience with class action employment disputes (including class arbitrations), antitrust disputes, securities class actions, and Ponzi schemes in SEC receiverships. Brian also has worked on multiple large-scale international internal investigations involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), environmental crimes, and other bribery, corruption, and fraud issues.

Brian began his legal career clerking for the Honorable David C. Godbey of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and then worked as a litigation associate at the Dallas office of Sidley Austin LLP. Prior to joining the firm, Brian actively managed a personal investment portfolio of stocks, bonds, ETFs, ETNs, ADRs, and cryptocurrency for multiple years.

Brian received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas, where he was an Associate Editor for the Texas Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif upon graduation. During law school, Brian served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Harlin D. Hale, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Texas, and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Michael Keasler on the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.

Brian earned his M.A. in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University, and he received his B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Abilene Christian University.

In addition to his legal practice, Brian devotes time to the Dallas community and currently serves as a member of the Community Police Oversight Board.
