HANNAH MARSHALL represents public and private clients, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, in complex corporate and transactional matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and investments. She also advises clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters. Her experience covers a broad spectrum of industries, including energy and infrastructure, power generation, technology, consumer products, telecommunications, and financial services. Prior to joining Sidley, she was a corporate associate in the Dallas office of an international law firm.

Hannah earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. While attending law school, she was a member of the Texas Business Law Society and Transactional LawMeet Competition. She also served as the judicial intern to The Honorable Jeffrey S. Boyd of the Texas Supreme Court. Prior to law school, she graduated with Dean’s Honors from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas with a B.B.A. in management information systems.
