KYLE A. GROMANN is a Global Finance associate in Sidley’s office in Dallas.

Kyle earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from SMU Deadman School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he interned with The Honorable Jane J. Boyle at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Prior to law school, Kyle earned his B.B.A., summa cum laude, in finance from Texas A&M University.
