MARIAN FIELDING helps clients draft a variety of plan documents, such as employment agreements, severance agreements, and performance and equity compensation arrangements. In addition, Marian’s experience includes assisting on the employee benefits aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions and advising clients regarding executive compensation disclosure under the federal securities laws.

Marian received her J.D. from Stanford Law School and her B.S. and MBA in Business Administration from Florida A&M University.
