NATALI WYSON has litigation experience in state and federal courts throughout the United States in a wide range of commercial disputes, including misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential information, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, corporate raiding, high-stakes employment matters, antitrust, data breach and privacy, fraud, product liability, securities, bankruptcy, and other high-risk business disputes. Natali has experience litigating such issues in the form of multijurisdictional disputes, including class actions and multi-district litigation. Additionally, Natali has experience with alternative dispute resolution procedures through arbitrations and mediations.

Natali also has experience working on numerous internal investigations and advising boards, special committees, and audit committees related to the same, including with regard to alleged executive and board member misconduct, breaches of fiduciary duty, #metoo allegations and other workplace harassment issues, as well as matters relating to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the federal mail and wire fraud statutes, accounting irregularities, environmental crimes, kickbacks, bid-rigging, misuse of corporate assets, conflicts of interest, and other bribery, corruption, and fraud. Natali has advised such boards, special committees, and audit committees on related disclosure, remediation, and compliance issues. Natali’s investigations practice is international in scope and frequently involves coordinating and interfacing with government and quasi-governmental officials, in connection with the reporting of the scope, processes, and findings of investigations. As part of her investigations practice, Natali also advises and assists clients in crisis management.

Natali’s recent experience includes representing corporate clients across a number of industries, including retail, private equity, sports and entertainment, managed care and health insurance, mortgage banking, and transportation, in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations. These recent representations have dealt with issues related to alleged antitrust violations, corporate raiding, contractual disputes with former employees involving breaches of fiduciary duties and restrictive covenants, wage and hour disputes, allegations of common law and securities fraud, alleged violations of environmental regulations, the Consumer Product Safety Act, privacy laws, and the False Claims Act, and other commercial and contractual disputes. Natali has also recently represented and advised boards, special committees, and audit committees in internal investigations of alleged executive and board member wrongdoing, environmental regulations issues, FCPA matters, and other issues related to corruption and fraud.

Natali received her J.D., summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, where she served as a lead note and comment editor for the BYU Law Review.
