Brandon Lewis

Brandon Lewis is a partner in the Dallas office of Reid Collins & Tsai LLP. Brandon is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on complex business litigation, where disputes often involve financial frauds, fiduciary breaches, and professional malpractice. He has represented businesses, trustees, hedge funds, creditor committees, and others in state and federal courts nationwide. He also has significant experience litigating fraudulent transfers and other insolvency matters in the bankruptcy arena.

Texas Monthly has repeatedly named Brandon a “Rising Star” in Business Litigation, a distinction reserved for the top 2.5% of Texas attorneys who are under 40 years of age, and Benchmark Litigation named Brandon to its “40 & Under Hot List” in 2018 and 2019. In 2014, he was part of the trial team that secured a Top 10 jury verdict in a contracts case, as recognized by Texas Lawyer.

Brandon’s pro bono work includes securing the acquittal of a San Antonio ISD school board member indicted on federal bribery and public corruption charges and securing the dismissal of a civil lawsuit brought against a Dallas ISD employee.

In addition to his work in the courtroom, Brandon has written articles concerning insolvency and other bankruptcy litigation topics that have been featured in various publications.
