Worthy has handled hundreds of garnishment matters over the years, and is a frequent speaker and authority on issues surrounding the unique procedure of garnishment in Texas. He also has spoken and written extensively on Texas’s procedures for discovery of customer information from banks and financial institutions.

Although based in Dallas, Worthy has handled cases and/or been admitted to practice “pro hac vice” in courts in a variety of other states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Ohio and Oregon.

A lifelong soccer player and supporter, Worthy is a registered Intermediary with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) and FIFA, allowing him to advise and represent both soccer players and clubs in contract negotiations and transfers.
