Anna’s transactional practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and business matters, including business entity formation, organization and restructuring, asset and stock acquisitions and divestitures, transaction financing and contract review. Anna’s practice also includes representing motor vehicle dealers in dealership purchase agreements, management agreements, real estate acquisition and financing. She assists clients in a variety of commercial real estate matters including leasing, sale, acquisition, and development.

Anna completed her undergraduate studies at Southern Methodist University in 2017 and graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2020. During law school, Anna was a member of the American Indian Law Review and served as an Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of the Business Law Society. Anna worked as a licensed legal intern at the OU Legal Clinic where she assisted low-income clients in a variety of civil matters.
