Todd’s background includes distinguished service in both the public and private sectors. A former assistant District Attorney, Todd tried more than 300 jury trials during his tenure with the Dallas County District Attorney’s office. He recently completed 6 years as mayor of Addison as well as one term as President of the Metroplex Mayors Association and served in a leadership capacity helping to bring the DART/Cotton Belt commuter rail to North Texas. His business career includes owning and operating Rodger Meier Cadillac, Meier Oldsmobile and Meier Infiniti, one of the most successful and well known auto dealership groups in Dallas. As head of a private investment firm he founded more than a decade ago, Todd has experience reviewing, analyzing and performing due diligence on investment prospects and assisting in the completion of transactions involving start-up businesses to mid-size private equity investments.
