Jeffrey’s transactional practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions ranging in size and scope from inception to closing and representing buyers and sellers on matters related to leasing, sale, acquisition, and development. Jeffrey’s practice also includes corporate and business matters encompassing business entity formation, organization and restructuring, and contract review.

Jeffrey was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin in 2018, and graduated from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2022. During law school, Jeffrey was an editor of SMU’s Journal of Air Law and Commerce, a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Honor’s Society, and a recipient of the Rowling Center Business Law Leadership Certificate.
