Martha Hardwick Hofmeister has been trying business cases in state and federal courts, negotiating agreements, and solving her clients’ legal problems in a cost-conscious and efficient manner since 1984. Martha maintains a diverse legal practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. Martha has most recently represented clients in aviation, business, probate, employment, and fiduciary litigation.
