We hired her for our real estate lawsuit, but she failed to understand her role. She neglected to interview key parties, including me, the plaintiff, and a key witness, and did not use our expert witness despite our payment. Instead, she repeatedly sought continuations, unnecessarily prolonging the lawsuit.
