My in-laws and myself are in a huge confusion regarding a bankruptcy trust and death of my husband. At the present time the bankruptcy trustee is trying to force sale of the house (that is in a Trust to my in-laws) to cover the bankruptcy that was filed while my husband was alive.????? We really need help!
