Fraudulent marrige in order to get what she wants . Hahna, I am writing to request assistance with a matter related to my wife. I believe she has committed marriage fraud and is illegally staying in the country. After our wedding, On the first honeymoon night I noticed erratic behavior from my wife, including a lack of communication, avoidance, and withholding physical intimacy. We never consummated marriage. Despite family meetings and attempts to address these issues, her behavior continued. I suspect she married me solely for immigration benefits. So I did not file adjustment of status, and is now trying to take advantage of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) by falsely claiming I physically abused her. I have initially petitioned for an annulment due to marriage fraud. I request that you assist in removing my wife from the country as her stay is now illegal. She has surpassed her legal residence timing and is surreptitiously trying to avoid deportation. I kindly request that Immigration Department help me in this case.
