Ms. Mueller managed ClearWay Law’s communications and social media, @ClearWayLaw on Twitter and Facebook. Further, she is pleased to respond to media queries or arrange interviews with ClearWay’s CEO or lawyer.

Linda Mueller is an LL.M. (Business Law) candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School. Further, she is a former communications manager for the B.C. Ministry of Attorney General.

Linda Mueller is passionate about justice and has worked closely with the attorney general’s office on criminal prosecutions and civil litigation. She has been part of the B.C. government’s long-standing tobacco litigation and major crime cases that spanned decades. She advised the attorney general’s office on the Missing Women Commission of Enquiry, Air India perjury trial and establishment of the Independent Investigations Office.

As a communications professional with the B.C. Ministry of Health, she has handled issues and media relations for highly contentious government programs and decisions. She was communications counsel for the Minister’s Advisory Committee on HIV/AIDS and advised on mental health and addictions issues. She has responded to coroner’s inquiries and been involved in the Riverview Hospital redevelopment.

Linda Mueller has a Master of Advanced Studies in Architecture. Also, she worked at Canadian Press after studying journalism. Further, she used her skills to advise on social housing, mortgage lending, and disability issues at two Crown corporations.
