What are you most passionate about professionally? Personally?
Professionally, I am most passionate about learning and gaining knowledge in order to best serve the company as a whole. I strive to affect change in the lives of those who are in need. Therefore, I am endlessly reading books, articles, blog posts, etc., formulating connections between seemingly unrelated themes and using them as inspiration. “Never stop learning because life never stops teaching.”
Personally, I am most passionate about my health and well being. When is comes to exercise, I believe it benefits one’s body, mind and soul. Having a daily routine provides structure and I have learned how to set goals, work towards them and achieve them.
What would you do even if you didn’t get paid to do it?
I would continue my work in supporting the firm by reaching out to people and sharing with them the guidance ClearWay Law can offer. Whether it is through networking apps or sharing blog posts, I would strive to make sure the firm’s mission is known.
What are you surprisingly good at?
I am surprisingly good at memorizing song lyrics! I am able to listen to a song I enjoy and immediately remember the words.
What’s the biggest proof that you’re good at what you do?
The biggest proof I am good at what I do is when at the end of the day I feel confident in the work that I have done. It is one thing to impress and satisfy others, external praise ensures you’ve done a good job. But, satisfying one’s self is about being happy about life. It is the happiness that exists when looking back at the work one’s done and how it contributes to the big picture.
How long have you been working in your field?
What’s your biggest accomplishment?
I have a few notable accomplishments in both my education and my work experience. However, my greatest accomplishment has been finding work I can be proud of, as this is the kind of success I look for in every role. Familiarity in a demanding office setting has provided the skills necessary to deal with the needs of a diverse client group and to produce sound working relationships with all team members.
