At what point do I need a business lawyer in Los Angeles?I just started my AI company, but things are going well. We haven't raised money yet, but plan to early June. I am focusing on coding right now, and then I am going to reach out to Angel Networks in LA. Since I don't have money yet, can I just do the incorporation myself? And once we have investor money, I can hire a corporate attorney in LA to do things property? Like the shareholders agreement, trademarks etc... Are incorporation agreements really that complex in California?
